Returns, Exchanges & Repairs


I strive to provide an accurate representation of my jewelry through photos and detailed material descriptions. Returns for are accepted within thirty (30) days of receiving your order due to a defect in materials or workmanship. Please notify me in advance of returning an item.

Your purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method (credit card or Paypal), minus the shipping costs, unless the error was ours, in which case we are happy to refund the shipping fees. Or if you’d prefer, we can issue you a store credit toward the purchase of another item. Exchanges are subject to shipping charges.

You may return your non-custom piece within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date for a refund or store credit if you just feel it is not right for you. The jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in the original box to be eligible for return. Please notify me in advance of returning an item.

Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Should your jewelry break within 90 days of purchase, we will repair the piece at no charge to you. Please email if you have an item in need of repair.

If more than 90 days have passed since your purchase, there is a $15 charge to repair each piece, plus the charge for shipping. If your repair requires the replacement of stones, chain, or metal components that are no longer available, we will let you know and do our best to find a similar substitute.

If the elastic cord on your gemstone stretch bracelet breaks, we are happy to replace that at no charge. Shipping costs to our studio and back are the responsibility of the customer. Please Contact Us if you have a bracelet in need of repair.

The current turnaround time for repairs is 1-2weeks from the time we receive your piece.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at and send your item to: 113 Rolling Wood Drive Stamford Connecticut US 06905.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. (Unless we have agreed otherwise via email) Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
